MODESTO SLAM-N-JAM BASKETBALL WINTER LEAGUE 2025 

PLAY LIKE A PRO New format (for grades 3-8)

Our new revamped league will feature a more realistic feel of what it is like to go through A Pro Season. 

November 23 -Draft Day: Evaluation and team placement.

December 7, 14, 28-Training Camp: Skills training, practice and team bonding, preseason scrimmages. This is also the trading period to balance the league.

January 4- Tip Off: League play begins.

January 4, 11, 18, 25-Saturday league play (first half) 

February 1- All Star Games

February 8, 15, 22: Saturday league play (second half)

March 1- Postseason Playoff: End of season tournament

 

THIS SEASON YOU GET MORE: 3-4 practice days, 7 league games, All Star game, tournament games for the same price as the previous year. 

Fees: $225 (no uniform) or $275 (need uniform).

$50-3rd sibling discount

Scholarships available: Must fill out application and prove financial hardship. Deadline is November 10th. Recipients will be notified prior to draft day. Scholarship Link 

 

GRADES K-2: Format will be the same, 6-week league play.

There will be an introductory session on Nov. 23rd. Games will be on Saturdays, starting January 4th and continue to February 8th.

Fees: $200 (no uniform) or $250 (need uniform)

 

MSNJ cannot predict the league schedule until after draft day and training camp. We will attempt to play the younger grades earlier in the day. We will 

email draft day times out very soon. Please check your emails.

This year our liability insurance policy requires that we have a background check on all volunteer coaches. There will be a discounted fee for players or coaches. (Volunteer Application link) 

Winter League is typically our biggest league and fills up quickly, so don’t hesitate; REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW.
